Got the thing on and some parts stayed off. If I read Italian things would go smoother perhaps.

Do I have to have a licence plate? Any ideas?
I don't think it has to be illuminated. And what about the out of date inspection sticker? [popcorn]
is that for your purse?
and yes you need a license plate to be illuminated. chicken wire the thing on there
Nice, now you can strap down your beer. [thumbsup]
The MV regs don't specify how bright the plate light has to be. Find a place to mount an L-bracket under the fender just behind the shock, and stick the plate on with a couple of K&S or Kuryakyn LED license plate bolts. Then attach the inspection plate with a couple of red reflectors (you're required to have one red reflector in the rear), and bend it up until it's level with the ground, like McKraut's. Wha-la!

I have a Desmo Times tail eliminator bracket you might be able to use, just PM me if you want to try it. I can't get the stupid image on here. It will preview, but not save. Go here to see what I'm talking about:

Ill at take a look at it, but the bag CJ is lending
me may work.
As for the $$$ Bag from AMS, I'll refrain. I need a
power lift so I can wax the chain more than 4" at a
time.
you might as well get a Givi trunk that locks if you go with that thing. God that's big.

Are you selling that tailbag for $50 or is that a typo? If you are really letting it go for $50 - I would buy that in a heartbeat !
:'( Or is that a Tres Gatos only - price ???
that's the price I gave you at lunch as well old man. I'm going to let him see it first and if he doesn't take it it's yours but you better not give me some bullshit excuse about a fence, dogs, Honduras and all the other shit. [coffee]
Well I guess it's time for a hearing aid! :-[ - If TresGatos passes then I will definitely steal grab it for $50.00 Mr. Muskrat [bow_down] sir ! I don't really NEED it but it is very cool and fits perfectly on Das Boot! No bs or excuses - fence starts the 21st just like I told 'ya.
PS: TresGatos if you want it - don't pass on it for me - that bag for $50 IS the deal of the month !!! [bacon]

You don't have luggage boxes already?
He's saving for the panniers on th DucStrada
[thumbsup] I have the system case hard luggage for the bike - I would use the tailbag in lieu of a tankbag. Or for flares, first aid, tire repair, extra tools, & raincoat like that bag I had on there for the E TX Burger run to supplement the tankbag.
It is the size of a large tankbag & I would not exactly call it "luggage". Maybe you pack lighter than I TresGatos - take a look it's a really nice tailbag ( esp. at that price ).
Yes, I'm a bad American - I save for what I want and buy when I can afford it rather than use my A+ credit to dig holes I can't get out of :-[ - I blame my parents [laugh]
It may be a while before I get the Strada - so far Tommy has shown almost no interest in them! [cheeky]
Bad bad bad American you are. go finance something.
Thanks to John, I got a bracket to mount the plate [thumbsup]
And his suggestion of bag placement works well; it leaves the rack available [moto]

[thumbsup] Bag looks good on the Hyper, glad it's working for you! Awesome deal Muskrat ! [beer]
excellent. that will be $150 please.
Thanks for the complements.
Donald, your hearing is bad and my eyes are playing
tricks cause Dax tells the truth, right? [popcorn]
In what sense? [laugh]
I would say something about cultural relativism but I know how bad that would piss off 'skrat...
If it had a BMW logo on it the price would be $350, the divider pocket insert would be $75, the electrification kit $175, the anti theft alarm $180, silver - extra, black - extra extra .....
I'm sure Muskrat is just practicing good ole Reaganomic trickle down - no way it's a subsidy !!! [laugh]

Looking good Dan! Combined with the tank upgrade, you can really go the distance now. [thumbsup]
I'm practicing Donald type policies based on his political views.
