I just found this forum thanks to fastwin who replied to my post in the DFW section of the ducatimonster.org forums.
I'm glad to have found a more active community of Duc enthusiasts in this area. I look forward to meeting some of you at the next get-together :)

Glad you made it! [clap] Yep, nothing happening on the local DML board. Dead as heck. If you don't know the story of the DML and how it became this board it's a good story best told over a cold beer after a ride. [moto] [beer] I'm really surprised they didn't delete that post. After VS bought the DML site they were banning the s#@t out of everybody that complained or even thought about complaining regarding the new format! If you posted a reference to this board it was deleted almost before you could finish typing it. Maybe they got tired and stopped busting people's chops. You need to look in the General Monster Forum for the Hitler movie clip lampooning the whole sale and website debacle. Just funny as hell!!! [laugh]

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I would really like to come to the lunch but I have someone coming to look at the 240Z I have for sale on Friday. I'll try to make the next one though :)
