Hey All - finally got my first bike this year after having a license for 5. Regret not getting it sooner as I am pretty much obsessed with riding now.
I got a '07 M695 that looks & rides pretty much like a brand new bike, although i've never actually ridden a brand new bike but whatever, it runs great. Chopped the tail the first week and put on a Quat D Ex Box exhaust the 2nd. Also got some CF side vents & have a CF belly pan on the way. Learning to ride in NYC is kind of trip but definitly having a good time getting the hang of it - no choice but to learn fast.
