I still think it's going to hurt :'(
Dainese airbag suit for 2010 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mo9Vlt5tGwY#lq-lq2-hq-vhq)
what hurt was watching that over acting coming off the low side!! ;D
isnt Jorge doing test work for Dianese in MotoGP? I remember Phillip Island something was said about Jorges airbags went off after is slide of turn 1.
It seems to go off quite early in the piece - even before his bum hits the deck. I wonder how they trigger it? Maybe there's sensors even in the legs somewhere?
You wouldn't want the thing to go off after hitting a pothole on a quick squirt up the Putty.
and here you go - admittedly aug 2009, but you get the gist

..and something a little more recent

It hurts more when I think about how much it is going to cost! :o
I could only imagine the price to buy an Airbag suit!
and what happens if you throw it down the road, is it time for a new suit,
do they repair the old one?
Start saving your pennies kids, because I don't think this one is going to be cheap!
Don't get me wrong, anything that protects riders from more injury is always great.
It will be interesting to see the final cost when it comes out.
There's a few airbag jackets that have been around for a while already.
As for their effectiveness, I'm not sure...
Is that a Low-side "inducing" bracket just under the exhaust?
