What i consider a track walk is you walk around the track with some one that knows the track, seasoned racer/instructor and the show you lines, brake markers, entry and exit points etc. So im guessing you'll be doing it with someone affiliated with ducati.

Forecast is high 60s, no clouds. But that's probably Monterey, by the coast.
OK, not sure, but after a deeper dive in google - I think it's just a time to walk the track. My guess: It's called Ducati Track Walk like you get the Pizza Hut Half Time Show. Just like no free Pizza Hut pizzas at half time, I don't think Stoner or Nicky will be pointing out reference points or "That a-hole Rossi cut me off right here."

in the past, it's been doug polen.
Found it, "A MotoGP fan party will wrap up a day of practices on July 3 at 5 p.m. Race fans will also be invited to take part in the Ducati Track Walk. AMA Superbike racer Larry Pegram will narrate the walk, providing insights and strategies for riding the track including the famous Corkscrew section. "

That's cool, but no way he's riding my Desmosedici.
I presume that will be before the President's BBQ.
I did the walk with Polen in '07...it rocked. Two hours of him telling stories and walking every inch of the track. Pegram is a total spaz...cross your fingers Polen ends up doing it.
nope..... it's John Hopkins that's scheduled for the walk.

in that case, it'd be a crutch Hoppin' good time or a "push John down the corkscrew in his wheelchair and watch him go as fast as he can and crash" kind of good time!

No, you're thinking about his

only as old as the idea of Hopper crashing....hence why I think it'd be fun to set him asail in a wheelchair from the top of the corkscrew.
