Title: The bad thing about unmarked State Troopers
Post by: Wind Noise on July 28, 2010, 10:20:46 AM
So I managed to get myself a pretty hefty speeding ticket last weekend.  Can anyone recommend a lawyer with experience on this topic?  If so, please let me know.

Just so you guys know, Chris is also an attorney.  And a connoisseur of fine agave as well.   [thumbsup]

Well, my court date is 9/10, a Friday.  So I'm sure I can round up some fine agave.  Is there a preferred label?  Perhaps some Wabo of the Cabo persuasion?

Don't think he has gone through the process of the Bar here in VA...  I'm sure that wouldn't stop him from partaking in your offered drink though.  ;)

also if Old Ducker is still lurking, he can surely suggest a fine attorney from his exploits with the "Man".

Rumint has it that a chap named Greg Wade is pretty good and handling things like this.  His office is down in Old Town Alexandria.  I've got his number if you're interested, just shoot me a pm.

Pre-Paid legal...

they will only give you advice on this ticket because you've already got it, btu it will save your butt over & over in the future.

i've had it for 10+ years & it's worth it's weight in gold

I live in VA, but I'm a Maryland attorney too (and a few other places) but not VA yet, got one more year before I can apply.

I'll ask around when I have a meeting, but it's not my area.
