Not a toy, but there was a time when I was a kid when I was pretty much constantly flippity-flipping one of these around. Or throwing shuriken. Then spending half an hour looking for shuriken. I still get a special feeling in my bathing suit area when I see a switchblade.

The little girl replies, "I want a Barbie and a G.I. Joe."

back in the day ( because I am old) I had a scooter which was cool. It was used when my father bought it for me and he painted it red. It did however have round wheels and tires made out of something called rubber. When I was six , which is ( fill in the blank _0 )something years ago I was a very happy and grateful child for this gift.
Thanks Dad........... you are so missed.

Sometimes I wish I could just get back on my big wheel and ride off leaving all my cares behind.
Some mods my friends and I made to mine that I remember: remove the seat back (we were too cool to need back support and it lightened the back end) and staples in the front wheel for added traction (in reality it probably worsened)

Not me that's just a photo I found that was like the one I had, Cept mine was yellow with a black seat. But I had to look long and hard to find a Stingray like that. I didn't even know that they came with shifters, and dual drum brakes, and disk brakes on the back, real tall sissy bars, ape hanger handle bars, ten speed bars, and other stuff.
Mine just had the coaster brake on the back like the one in the picture, not all of that other stuff. I figured after I spent 7 minutes online looking for a bike equipped like the one I had it would be too much to find one that was yellow with a black seat.

Stompers anyone? I had a little yellow Toyota-like pickup, and a Peterbuilt tractor/trailer.
Lite bright was fun too (well it was my sisters'). I think I only completed one of the patterns before we broke the bulb and never used it again.

this can't be a coincidence.

Last time he inventoried, when he and his wife moved into their current house, he guestimated his collection at roughly $50,000.
That does not include his Star Wars collection.
