Well, I've taken the plunge and jumped ship from one high end Italian Marque to another. MV was the play thing of choice for a while, now it's a Ducati.
The '08 S4RS that I'm now getting used to is great, certainly a different beast from the Brutale 910R though.
Now, all I need to do is figure out how to set up the suspension correctly..........
Good idea to do the suspension [thumbsup]
How is it different, in your opinion?
Oh - and welcome ;)
Well, in simple terms, the MV Agusta Brutale was, hmmm, more Brutale than the S4RS!!
It always seemed to be kind of 'on the edge' or bloody close to it, whilst the S4RS seems to be a hell of a lot more laid back. Don't misunderstand me, both of them have the capabilities to rip your face off if you're not respectful of the power. They just deliver it in completely different ways.
I love them both, but the are quite different in how they go about their business.
Welcome and congrats on the S4RS! [thumbsup]
We love bike pictures so please feel free to show off. ;D
I agree with you about the difference, the Brutale certainly earns its name! Glad to hear you are enjoying the Duc. I think once you get the suspension set up you'll also find it much more comfy than the MV.
Have fun! [moto]
Welcome to the club ! :)
The S4Rs is an awesome bike. I'm still owning the 08 S4R, but had to leave it in Germany.... missing it dearly. [bang]
