Title: A*'s WR-3 goretex gloves
Post by: scduc on September 13, 2010, 02:04:51 PM
So I picked up a pair and wore them on my ride to work this morning. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the quality and performance. The temps were in the mid 50's and they kept my digits from getting cold. Half hour ride at mostly 65mph. I dont think I will be able to ride in the low 40's, but fairly confident that upper 40's will be fine. My next step will be heated vest and gloves but for the early fall and late spring I think I'll be ok

I'm just nortwest of milwaukee, out in the country. We've had dew on the windows the last couple of mornings. My temp gauge in my truck said 46 this morning. As I'm getting older, my tolerance for discomfort has greatly depreciated.

Those types of tales sure make me appreciate NC.  +1 on the Astar's.  I love mine.
