a lot of it, yeah.  never the jump off buildings or into moving cars.  Or the undress while tumbling on a trampoline, but I've done some of the wall tricks and other stunts.

I'm not saying that am as good as this guy, or was.  It just reminded me of when I did gymnastics and that I missed it... and I also miss my ripped abs and 5% body fat too...   :-\

that is insane the jumping from the roof to the floor 2 stories down and not breaking anything or the runnign up the side of the building to the roof.

I like the original video though with the dude in the gym and using the mats/spring boards that enable him fly 20' in the air.
