[cheeky]

Loved that show. It's much better if you can get a hold of one of the DVD sets that links all the thematically oriented episodes (abductions, black oil, etc...) together.

It's a shame the movies haven't done too well.

One of my favorites also. I have the first five seasons on disc.

The movies....meh.

Glad to see they got in a flashlights scene -- I remember reading an interview with one of the writers who said that, whenever possible, they would write in a scene that had Mulder & Scully creeping around some dark building with flashlights & weapons.

What about the Peacock family. That one still haunts my thoughts.

Season 4, episode 2, though sometimes listed as episode 3.  Title is,  "Home."   [coffee]

I think I like season 3 the best, particularly the episodes where the X-Files kind of makes fun of itself.  Examples:  Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose, War of the Coprophages, and Jose Chung's "From Outer Space."  Interestingly all written by Darin Morgan, who left the show after the third season.  Yes, I am an X-Files nerd.   8)

I wonder if there are any Fans of Chris Carters other show around the same time, I absolutely loved
the show Millennium with Lance Henrikson, Shame it went off the rails in Season 2 because it
had developed a cult following here in Australia with Season 1, the producers in Season 2 ruined it
by taking it down a X files type of path, Chris carter returned for Season 3 (He was to busy with the
first X files movie to handle season 2) but the Damage had been done, viewers lost and Fox canceled the Series.
The Wife and I have been going back through catching up with the series on DVD.
