a friend of mine has been looking for a monster and found one in his price range out in azle, just wondering if there is anyone here that is near there that wouldnt mind taking a look at the bike for him?
after i got mine and he took it around the block he decided he just had to have one too hahaha
so he's the one looking at the yellow 750 in azle
i emailed for pics this week, but the current owner said that somebody is looking at it this weekend
one of the westies might be able to take a peak at it for him

I might know who that somebody could be....but he is no longer in the market. I heard he bought an ST4 :). PM me and I can show you the link to some batter pics. Service history is iffy, comes with a new tank (original is mangled pretty bad) CF front fendor and hugger, bars are good. The extra tank is already painted a light grey color. Looks nice. PM if interested and I'll link you her site.
PM sent [thumbsup]

Its on my outlook at home. I'll shoot it to you tonight.
no problemo
yeah my friend is really wanting one and this one was in his price range... the extra tank that the guy has with it is that sparkly grey color one.
id go out there and look at it for my friend but i really dont know what things to look for.
what are some of the big things to check out when looking at a bike? especially one that has be3en laid down like this one?
Unfortunately, I think that some of the big things to look for can't be easily seen...
Is the frame straight?
Are the forks straight??
How about engine & clutch internals??
I don't know this bike, but you generally get what you pay for. If your friend really likes it, the seller shouldn't object to an inspection at AMS or Ft. Worth Ducati.
