Yeah Monsta, that was oar-some, the Daily Telegraph in NSW had a rear end shot and it showed quite a lot of fuel ignited.
But I really like your shots, check out those firies already attacking that fire as they approach cos they know they have people in there and they will throw all their talent and skills at the fire to get them out.
Mmick
I was actually looking up the track at turn1 through the camera, so I missed the impact.
I didn't hear it because of all the rest of the noise, a mate nudged me and I swung around and started taking pics.
I only went to watch the superbikes! :)
awesome shots monsta!
If anyone wants to look at heaps more photo's looky here at www.flickr.com/rfsmedia (http://www.flickr.com/rfsmedia) its all good [thumbsup]

That's mighty nice of Rob to do that for you Brian, you run out of silicon spray or something?
Speaking of the weekend, I finally got some "shed-like" time with the bike over the long w/end...

Gee I dunno Brian.....
Seems Rob has attention to detail regardless of what it is.
And thats what we need, no matter how menial the task.
Bring that polishing rag over to Appin Rob, these here truck need a little bit of tender lovin'

[thumbsup] Looking great Ollie...
Still umming and ahhing about indicators at the moment. Thinking of going down the path of Rob's Moto-science ones (http://www.moto-science.com/product/ducati-performance-20-led-turn-signals-pair), just not *quite* sure at the moment.
Perhaps I should open it up to people for ideas.
well my weekend will entail putting slotted rotors on the family truckster, then putting back together and get running a 76 CB400 Four. ;D
i fell off my monster....... :'(

:o :o Spill (the beans that is [roll])
nothing too dramatic, following a mate, came upon an intersection, give way, turning left, he went to go, i looked and decided i could get around too, cyclists coming, he didn't see them and propped when he did, i'd already let the clutch out a little and had to swerve to miss him, just caught his right rear muffler and over i went, silly mistake, i should have been more patient but i didn't know where we were or where we were going and wanted to stay close, just not that close!
paul.
Bugger! Hope you and the bike are okay. :'(

i'm fine, the bike survived remarkably well. thanks for the concern heather
nice pics hambo
yeah jealous Hambo! I am hoping to head to the LA and Las Vegas in May next year...
That's wicked Hambo, what better place to do CSS than in California!
It's funny cause I have been in San Fran for the last 10 days.
Met some of the Ducati MOB here, went for a ride with a few of them last saturday.
I was lucky enough not to need bike rental as there was a spare for me from Desmoquottro, which was very nice of him.
Only did a day ride as I am here with lots of family. Next time there will be touring done. [thumbsup]
Hambo.......that LOVELY green one....(may i call it Kermitt ?).........is soooooo typical USA Harley i feel.......they just don't build em like they used to eh....! Well, matter of fact...Harley still do now that i come to think of it....... [roll] "Bro".......
