I know it's late notice. But I want to ride, damnit! Here's the scoop:
WHAT
Ride. Ride some more. Maybe eat something. Then ride even more.
WHEN
Sunday, 15 June
Leaving my house (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=1322+Natoma+St,+San+Francisco,+CA&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=57.947788,108.984375&ie=UTF8&ll=37.770036,-122.41853&spn=0.007158,0.013304&z=16&iwloc=addr) at 10AM.
Leaving Tambucks (http://local.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Starbucks+near+Mill+Valley,+CA&ie=UTF8&ll=37.952861,-122.54837&spn=0.228484,0.42572&z=11&iwloc=A)
at around 10:30 AM.
WHERE
Definitely Marin county, but we can chat about the exact route tomorrow.
WHY
If I have to tell you this, you shouldn't be allowed to own a motorcycle or a computer...
WHO
desmoquattro
...anyone else?
But seriously: folks who ride at all paces are welcome. The faster guys will pull over and hang out at turnoffs so we can regroup. Everyone (except squids) is welcome!
Bumpitty bump! Heading out to Tam Junction in a few...
Sorry I missed ya man. Got back late from HI last night and slept in...
I was thinking very hard about doing this ride, but I've got a 100 miler on the pedaler coming up and figured I'd better start logging some miles on it instead of goofing off on the motorcycle. It will be a very long and uncomfortable day if I don't train a little. [cheeky] That and I'm trying to play it safe before the wedding. With my luck I'd hit a big tree root in the road while going in a straight line, minding my own business, go ass over tea-kettle, and wind up breaking both hands or something. And that would suck. A lot. Trust me. I know this. [cheeky]

Ah, the old tree-root-crash dodge, eh? I remember
that one...
Oh yeah...good times. [laugh] It's been a few years since then. Did you know that that's been the only time I've ever fallen on the street while not in a parking situation? My only at-speed crash and I don't even have a good story for it! [cheeky]
You guys missed a fun ride. We even saw a D16 in action ;D

Oh dude, you had to go to Hawaii?, Awwww, that sucks. Feel better. [cheeky]
Sorry i missed it too. I sat in the back of a VW Van tipping side to side 3 hours on the way to Bolinas and back wanting to [puke]. Those things need to all get ground up and turned into cans for cat food.
So, Pictures? Tam, HI?
Would have gone but my fork sprung a leak on my Friday Marin ride.
I would have gone but the police in Oakland have banned motorcycle usage on the street so I would have never made it there :D
Actually I was out taking pictures.
Would have loved to join but was in Carmel still on Sunday morning... :'(
