you know what I'm talking about? when you're going at a decent rate of speed down a curvy road and all the sudden the road drops. and you get that feeling in your guts, like, you're lighter than air. What is that called? does anyone else get that. ir should i go see a doctor?
Not a doctor but a dentist to help remove my perma grin ;D
thats the feeling astronauts get when the go into space ;)
Freefall.
The best is when you see the dropaway, gas it, fan the clutch (if necessary) and wheelie down it. I've got exactly the perfect spot on my local backroad where you can nail the best high-speed dropoff floater wheelie you could ever imagine. In fact I'm imagining it right now. Okay, now I'm getting my gear on and heading out to attack that section with all the gusto the S4RS can muster! Permagrin indeed!!!
Shame... All of our good roads like that are surrounded by VERY high dollar houses and the residents are SUPER quick to call the cops if they even see a motorcycle coming near them... :'(

Freefall.
When I went skydiving I expected to feel that sensation, but didn't at all. It's gotta be something other than freefall, but whatever it is, it sure is fun!
its called being Weightless. Love the feeling, but whats better is pulling Negative G's.
And here I was thinking this was goingto be a topic about a Good Curry! [cheeky]

When you are skydiving, you have a lot of force pushing on you. Take away that rush of wind, and you would feel it.
Love that feeling. Just west of Gates Pass down in Tucson there are some great up & downs that leave your stomach at the top! [thumbsup]
Actually, taking a sportscar through there is better cuz you can damn near make your passengers pee or puke! [evil]
I had that feeling when i first laid eyes on a M900 back in the mid 90's. And I still do. [thumbsup]
It`s one of the best feelings in the world ;D

No, you don't at all... (I'm an avid skydiver... ;D )
-The reason being that when you first exit the plane, you are moving faster horizontally than you are vertically....When your vertical rate of speed overtakes your horizontal rate, guess what it's called....You guessed it, "Going down the hill!!" ;) The thing is, it happens gradual enough where you don't get that funny stomach feeling like going over a hill on a motorcycle which is much more sudden.....
-Sorry for the threadjack, but, ummmm yeah....that's why......... :-X
We have a section of a local road that we call the "roller coaster". At the right speed, you get that sensation....a littlefaster, and you do a wheelie off the top......faster still, and you can get completely airborn....
If you go to this site...
