They were taken about 5 years ago... Before several severe injuries, and before 14 hour days were the norm... :P
I was around 175 and 3-5% body fat on a 5'8" frame. I'm up to about 195lbs. now.
Hopefully I can get down to 180 and a bmi with under 10% fat.
Also, I changed the thread title, so even though it was tongue in cheek, it wouldn't offend anyone...
I'm off to the couch potato thread now... Working my way up to "Not Too Serious"

I would love to try a triathlon, good job [thumbsup]. In December I incurred bilateral groin tears while on a 12 mile run. I can now finally jog a 5k but I am sore for a week. Its the injury that doesn't seem to go away.
