Anybody got any handy tips for cleaning bug splatter off white leather?

Dampen the guts and let sit shortly to soften them. Then use a mild leather specific cleaner, like saddle soap on a soft damp cloth to gently work the guts off. Getting the guts damp and letting them soften is an easy, but key trick.

Yup.

I do the same thing on my visor. Wet a paper towel and drape it over the visor for 5 minutes or so, then use it to clean off the bugs. Dry with a second paper towel and *ding* clean visor.

With the leather, just make sure to go back afterward and use something to put the oils back in the leather or it'll eventually dry and crack.

Personally, I kinda like the way they look on the white leather, especially when you can tell you hit one that was full. SPLAT! Adds a sort of patina.

i just use those leather wipes.  quick and easy... let it soak on a bit if it's old and dried like everyone said here.
