How good was the sun today, had a run up the old road, met the old man at the BMW dealer in Gosford, convinced him not to throw $$$ at a tourer & road back with him. It was the first time I have ridden with him, a little slow - lucky the sun was out, but so were the reptiles...

'Twas the mother of all tankslappers ... 'cos you may not believe this but the other side is just as bad.
thanks every one , yer the tank dents are serious but she never got me off [laugh] but the 20 litre tank made it home with fuel to spare nearly 400 kays [Dolph]
Yes! Spring is here!
I went for my first big ride since moving North the other day. I rode "the track" out towards Scotsdale :D
I'm bloody unfit though... I managed to do The Sidling at a reasonable pace, but by the time i reached the lookout I was absolutely buggered.
So I came home the easy way, through Lilydale :-[
Nice ride you've got there Bazz! What happened to your Ducati helmet???
sounds like you need some saddle time time dave [thumbsup] are you back at launie , helmet went with duc , hope you have been well cheers bazz
Heh Spring?? Here it is Pississting down with HEAVY rain and Thunderbolts!! :o [roll]
I dont mind riding in the rain and dont avoid it, BUT this is phriggin' just a tad too much!! :P
Agreed. it's one thing to get a bit damp but another to have hailstones bouncing off the helmet.

I've had that ... and remember thinking ... 'what's that noise?'
The sad thing about this thread is that when it was started the weather had already changed (in my insular little part of the world at least) ... and has not been very 'bike-freindly' since.
Yep! The same thing has happened down here unfortunately!! :(
not here been muggy all day ,went to lakes for a ride [Dolph] cheers bazz
