Hi we have great twisty roads in Ireland to great for the monster but you have to watch out for sheep and deer oh and it sometimes rains here so it can be quite slippery on the cow dung.

Sounds great!  I spent a week in the Doublin area in '03 - loved it (was going to school in the UK at the time - hopped over on a cheap ryanair flight for a short vacation with the GF).  Didn't have a bike though, but the roads we took to get from doublin to hothe and malahide castle (I'm sure I spelled those wrong [bang]) looked like they'd be great.
