I was heading home leaving Fremont around 11:40pm and a white car full of girls kept waving and honking at me.
I just kept staring at them like.... I wonder if I know them. Then finally it dawned on me they are waving because I am on my Ducati.
I wave back sort of awkwardly and then I give them a thumbs up and a Italian Okay sign... The I felt Like a Dork.... Who gives a Okay sign to a bunch of girls in a car :-\
Well it made my night. My throttle hand immediately stopped hurting and all the way home on the freeway it was really hard keeping it under 90 mph
Obviously they couldn't see my face under the helmet or they would have not made such a ruckus ;D
The last time that happened to me and I gave a simple thumbs up to 3 chicks in a car, I got flashed!! :o [thumbsup] [popcorn] Still, it is cool when anyone gets fired up about the bike you're riding...
Awwww, come on guys.
You know darn well that those girls probably don't realize what type of bike you are on, nor do they know anything about your duc. May I suggest that they are responding to the overall sezzy.
It had to be the "whole package" that got them all reved up.
(Does that help the male ego any?)
I like waving to the little kids goggling at me. :)
I secretly laugh at the poor guys who think I'm checking them out, when in reality I'm looking at their bikes. Is that mean of me?

Yes that is mean. You should at least look at an ass or two out of obligation.
I'm glad I could clear this up. [laugh]

I've gotten a few homeless looking dudes with long hair saying things like, "that's claassss maaaaang! [thumbsup] [thumbsup]." One came out in traffic to slap me on the back.
I kept it under 40 all the way home and just wanted to take a shower... in contrast I mean. :P

I was making a left. I was thinking about doing a burn out but there was a car right behind me. I didn't want to add more rubber to his bumper ;D
I should at least have revved the engine but I was to shocked that women actually acknowledged me.

That man coming out to slap you on the back is priceless! I think I would have started screaming...hmmm, interesting sidenote...can anyone hear screaming in an enclosed motorcycle helmet?

Seeing as I'm always armed, I probably would've stabbed him before he got a chance to slap my back.
Yeah, it's wrong, I know. But old habits die hard. The being armed and constantly on the defensive part is hard to stop cold turkey, if ya know what I mean.

I can't wait to hear the rest of that story. I hope she is ok. I bet she won't do that again any time soon!

+1 Enquiring minds want to know.
Note to self: do not attempt to slap Duckwrench on the back.
