Title: Motodynamic intergrated taillight. Help choose clear or smoke cover?

who owns this motodynamic intergrated taillight? I like the look of the smoke cover, but I wonder if it is harder to see compared to the clear cover. Is the dark lens really that dark?

My guess is that the lens cover is the same one as all the other aftermarket ones. If that is the case, the LEDS shine through just fine (i have had both the clear and the smoked on my bike at one time or another..)

I have the smoked motodynamics light.

I was nervous just as you are, but there is absolutely no problem seeing the LEDs through the lens. The lens isn't really tinted that much.  [thumbsup]

nervous because i had a DRC smoked taillight on my WR250 and it was so dark that you could barely see the running light from 100 ft away.
