let F1 be in jersey because traffic in NY is already bad enough.

1 day or the whole weekend? That's about what I paid for the weekend at the Canadian GP. Then again, I paid 450 Euros for race day in Monaco. Considering the location, I wouldn't be surprised if that's for race day only.
