Just seen the latest ad from Supersucks .....er.. I mean Supercheap, its now saying 'If you check your rearview mirror and your side mirrors and keep a lookout for Motorcyclists 'cos they are hard to see, good Karma will come to you'.
Will I ever forgive them and shop in there store?
Nope! The damage is done, they can suck eggs, anyway I have found a better store that even has people that know what they are talking about.

That's the way I saw it too. Interestingly one of those ads (I don't know if there is more than one) was posted on the main board and the Seppos thought it was wonderful!
They saw it as an awareness compaign for motorcyclists who act like tools and dress for the beach. I'm far too cynical to see it that way.
Mick, I caught a glimpse of that Supercrap ad some time ago and was going to post something but couldn't remember enough of the detail. They are obviously missing your business to change their ad campaign ... but you're still not happy [cheeky]

Yea most of that stuff they sell is cheap Chinese crap. Although I did save 5 bucks (sorry Mick) when I went and bought a replacement oil filter for the GPZ...........mmmmmmm............better check that since my motor imploded after an oil & filter change.

i'm with you mick, and yeah, i can see the seppos side that the ads are _aimed_ at riders and their choices but ultimately, when a message is phrased that the WHOLE responsibility rests with the rider then it makes it easy for sleazy mouth pieces to manipulate that into a free pass for pimply faced P platers who text while they mow down pillars of the community! err, that's us, by the way.
