Title: Ducati clutch options?
Post by: Twizted on November 19, 2011, 09:58:52 PM
My 2003 Monster 1000 is coming up for a clutch replacement soon. I was gonna pull the trigger on one of these kits from Monster Parts - http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/EVR210/Clutch-Brakes/EVR210.html (http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/EVR210/Clutch-Brakes/EVR210.html)

Any of you guys used one of these or can recommend something similar?

So I installed the clutch over chrissy. Went on without a hitch. Man is it quiet though. Totally different sound to the 12 tooth. By the way this little clutch tool I got off eBay is worth it's weight in gold - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/DUCATI-DRY-CLUTCH-HUB-AND-BASKET-HOLDING-TOOL-FITS-ALL-ENGINES-50-OFF-SALE-/110805943808?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19cc8c8600 (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/DUCATI-DRY-CLUTCH-HUB-AND-BASKET-HOLDING-TOOL-FITS-ALL-ENGINES-50-OFF-SALE-/110805943808?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19cc8c8600)
