All this crap was done after the kid was born. Huge thanks to me wifey who made all this possible.
Cute peepy! The s/o and I are looking to move out your way. If you didn't have rabid Pits running around, I'd say we'd take it!
300sq ft might get kind of cramped though esp. now with the baby.
Even Hobbiton homes are bigger. [cheeky]
Nice work [clap]
I especially like that the toilet roll holder went up before the toilet itself got installed [thumbsup]
It's amazing what someone will do to get out of changing diapers...
:-)
You could probably rent out that closet for $300 and get maybe $1200 for the rest of the place.
I should be taking pictures of all the stuff I've been doing to my house but I haven't been. The wife and I live in an old grocery store. Now it's a two bedroom Loft/flat whatever you want to call it with lots of pantry space.
Congrats you two, looks awesome! [thumbsup]
Nice!
Where's the pointy end?
You realize they put the lines on the OSB so you can follow the stud lines...right? :-*
Engineering will require you remove the Oriented Strand Board that was installed incorrectly to be removed and reinstalled. [evil]
Shouldn't take too long. [laugh]
Looks great Dave.
nice work.... want to get rid of that C2 rower? :)
Very nice! [thumbsup]
Glad to see I will have one more comfortable place to stay if I ever do get going on my research project "best cooks of the DMF" ;D

Mostly those who met me.
Possibly a correlation there.
Maybe.
