Post up with the day you'd prefer, and where you'd like to meet for pre-show breakfast.
I'm going Saturday. Probably caging it since it's going to rain.
I am up for friday night or saturday.
Friday night may not be a bad idea actually. You buy the beer and drive. [evil]

Sounds like a crappy deal to me... you work for Ducati or something [roll] Saturday morning is good too, nice to go after a healthy breakfast.
I'll be caging it if we go.... I haven't figured out how to attach the kids to the Hyper yet. ;D
We could also go to lunch at Ben Spies new Stackhouse burgers nearby ;D
I like breakfast idea..........noon-ish.
.... And LYD's party five-ish. It's a moveable feast [bacon]
Who's up for an 11am brunch meet at Zaguan's on oak lawn, then leave for the IMS from there. Maybe roll back around to AMS for those that want to watch the 'Fastest' movie at 3.
I can make it but doubt AMS is in the plans. Flight that night so I must go home first.
I like the brunch idea. I'll be there [thumbsup]
Gee, sorry to start a thread for a meet-up and then disappear. [roll] The fact that thread motifications doesn't work reliably for me isn't helping, either.
Unfortunately, I'm waiting for a delivery this AM and can't get loose. Also, I need to do some work on the mutley this afternoon - it'll be too cold in the garage tomorrow. IMS will have to be a quick looksee for me on Sunday. :(
Out for brunch :-\
Had a hard time getting the boys past the scooters... "oh, it's so comfy" was the common response... (secretly, I think they are going take them racing...". [evil])

Did Triumph attend this year?

Triumph had a big area. I didn't see much past the 675R. Need to wait for the MV675 too come out first before I decide. No MVs there today.

After looking at that pic I'm going back on a diet [laugh]. Personally I like the Honda PCX better. Less power but more nimble.

Yeah, you just THOUGHT it was your Honda's fault for feeling "top heavy". Maybe it is what is sitting on top that makes it feel that way!!
I'll be heading down there for a walk through in a couple of hours.

Good one Mark

Well you both better hope I don't drop a few pounds. I'd hate to go from on your tail to flying by both of you with only an 800cc bike. ;D
I am the last person who should bring up the subject of weight. [bacon] [popcorn] [drink]
I just put a 100nm shock spring on the Multi and now I have to re-spring the forks to fix the
increased front-end dive and shortened trail. [bang]
Scooter jockeys probably don't lose any sleep over such things.
For the first time in several years I actually wanted to go to the show. Used to go every year. Liked it better when it was in Ft. Worth. Better parking situation and you can hit Joe T. Garcia's afterwards for tex-mex! [thumbsup] Good rainy weekend to go but I got hung up at home with a clogged sewer pipe and a home flooded with sewer water. [bang] I'm vicariously enjoying the show via your posts. Keep it up. [thumbsup]

It may have been bigger in previous years, but is still a great place to swing a leg over the latest iron. Only BMW had zero representation, and the big 3 Japanese had good displays. The Yamaha champions riding school had Scott Russell, Nick Ienatsch(sp) and some other instructor giving a track basics seminar to a full crowd. As we walked by they were talking about adding braking distance each time you add more throttle (or hop on a faster bike between sessions).
Jeez, no BMW? WTF?
