I've almost exclusively owned black motorcycles (mostly ducs) my entire life. So when this white RS came up for sale over the summer I thought I'd try something new. With some subtle tweaks and mods she is now my own - thanks to speeddog for the amazing custom work.

disassembled and painted flat black.
hmm, me loved bastarda nera
I'm assuming it runs really well, the black bike had an issue you couldn't trace?
How's the tank doing on this one?
With black wheels [drool]
It's a lovely bike, I guess tomorrow you will decide you are bored with it [cheeky]
[clap]
Nice install on the back pegs. Anodized as well? Cost?
be cool to see the inside of the spines of the wheels done in black with the flat faces to stay white as a way to offset and make them pop just a bit....just a thought...

Hahahha, nah. I'm gonna keep this one for a bit. The black bastard was awesome but I rode an 'Rs and that was that. Not a big fan of the new style but that 848 SF may call to me soon ;-). Tank was warrantied and coated with caswell and I have a metal one that is being retrofit to work on this bike. Hopefully that will be done by spring. LOVE this bike but hate plastic tanks.

Yes, all the aluminum was sent to be hard ano'd. You'd have to ask speeddog about cost ;-). It's his hook up.

I know!! My only hang-up is wheel color now. That may look pretty damn sick.

you or someone could certainly play with photoshop a lil bit and see what it would initially look like...it is something I see wih car wheels and it certainly pops, but I can't say that I have seen it that often with bikes really...

That was the very first thing I did to my M750. Same day I bought it!
