Welcome to the DMF! Nice ride. You're gonna love it. Enough power to have fun, enough to get you into trouble if you let it get away from you.
You'll find a lot of great people here on the forum, as well as a ton of tuning / upgrade tech information. Don't be afraid to ask question in the Tech section, and keep your eyes on the CAM section. And since you like to tinker, you might want to keep your eyes on the Parts for Sale section as well.
Assuming RVA means Richmond VA... there's a few Monsters around here. I am in Midlothian. There's a "Bikes in the Bottom" breakfast that Poe's restaurant has every third Sunday of the month. I've gone once, but since the weather is a cold, I have not gone back yet.

Used to play poker there all the time! I'm already looking to mess with a few things. I can't help it. First I'd like to add a Tach since the 750s didn't come equipped.

"Bikes-in-the-Bottom" is the 2nd Sunday ~ 9 - 11 AM, BTW. ;) Might not be too many bikes there if you go on the 3rd! Always some die-hards there regardless of cold..., but not this wimp! Otherwise, if the forecast is clear, son and I drop in to see what shows. Sometimes pretty interesting vintage iron. Often day rides start from there, some casual, some pretty peppy. If the forecast is good, April is usually pretty heavily attended, ~ 200+ bikes along E. Main St. there.
Get those belts changed ASAP. Otherwise, oil and clean brake fluid and take it from there? How old are those tires? (They will have a date code on the sidewall.)

Luckily the belts and tires are only about a year old, I've got all the service records with the bike too. Will need an oil change though. Any recommendations on which synthetic to use?
Easiest is Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W50 available at most auto parts places as the weather gets warmer. Mobil 1 recommended it as a replacement for Mobil 1 4T 15W50 Racing when they stopped making it for Triumph. My dealer uses Redline 15W50 which he swears by from his racing days. Otherwise, just make sure you get a synthetic motorcycle oil in the 15W50 range or 4T 10W40 if you don't crawl on 95 F days or ride really hard! ;)
Sounds good, I'm going to take a few pieces apart and inspect the air filter and carb, might need some cleaning done. Tempted to wait it's supposed to reach near 60 this this afternoon and tomorrow. Anything else I should check while I''m in there?

I mostly use Mobil 1 10W-40 (I think 20W-50 is too thick) because I can get it easily from Advance Auto. Change every 4 - 6 thousand miles depending on riding (weekend/track days vs. commuting). Colemans should carry Repsol (they have a store in Woodbridge) if you want something more fancy. For sentimental reasons I like Motul, and I've heard some people use Rotella (Shell). I think the most important thing is to use ONLY FULL SYNTHETIC OIL.
When were the wheel bearings last changed? You might want to have them checked if they're still the original ones. Just to avoid this happening to you (front wheel):

Nice and clean looking bike, btw. I would only change the mufflers... [laugh]
I'm sure the wheel bearings are the originals and I've had a throwout bearing on my clutch disintegrate that wasn't fun at all.
