I wasn't going to buy a motorcycle this year - but seeing that it was 40 years ago that I bought/rode my first motorcycle (Suzuki GT 380 two stroke), I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do the trip again. The trip was from Grande Prairie, Alberta to Nanaimo BC on beautiful Vancouver Island.
When I saw this S2R for sale, I just knew it was going to be the perfect bike for the adventure.
First ride today and I've never been happier on a bike.
I've been riding for 40 years and have lost track of how many motorcycles I've owned. In just the past 3 years its been a VMAX, DR 650, ZRX 1100, GSXR 600, Harley 883R - a good variety of bikes. lol
But never a Ducati until today.
I promised my wife this would be my last bike... that is until a red one strikes my fancy...
