I personally think it was just a motivational style talk to the team. He wasn't acting angry like he wanted them to hurt the other players, just pepping them up. I just don't see what the issue is.

I got bored and stopped listening...but just picked up where I left off. Ok, he probably could have left out telling them to hit a guy with a concussion. I do agree with you that they make the beast with two backsed themselves by letting this get out. Makes you wonder who leaked it.

except that the whole point of NFL's message last year was PLAYER SAFETY. DO NOT GO FOR THE HEAD. Avoid injury, clean tackles means you need to play smarter football to keep the teams from getting more first downs, not taking players out.
what that guy is saying, is far from motivation. he wanted to injure other players, and thats whats wrong about it.

Agreed. Intentionally attacking the head and going after ACL tears is just dirty.
