I'm going to leave the motor alone. I will get an exhaust -- possibly the termi system that unlocks shit in the ECU. I may run race gas if I can figure out how to map it.... That's it for motor.

Make sure you save down the cases right around the crank to save weight. [thumbsup] If you can get 'em down to 2-3mm thickness, you're golden. When you're done, you should be able to fold 'em like tin foil. Then you know you've got a winning bike.

And let's not forget to route the front brake line under the fender.
