That was AMAZING! Will power has to be one of the strongest things in the world. Totally inspiring! I got goose bumps when he was walking then started to run!!!!

i have the YRG workout. I should do it more, but I can attest when I was doing 3 days a week, I hadn't been in as good as shape since I was probably 19 (41 now).
I've fallen off the wagon on it for several months, but it's one of those things I keep planning to get started on again.
it works.
