It's been an interesting month so far... As of today, I have been tobacco free for 23 days. Also, I've completed the first two weeks of college with a 4.0 GPA. All in all, I'm quite pleased with myself.
Now all I need to do is stop drinking so much beer, and spend more time in the gym. : )
Good for you! [thumbsup] I can only wish for so much determination to improve my health and life. Major points for your team! [clap]

[beer], oops! [coffee]

Congrats! Don't stop drinking though, this improves the pool from which to fish albeit until you stop drinking. [evil]
No offense but I think this should have been posted in the NOGAST. ;D

Okay, so it's not an actual GPA, but the course records your progress based on assignments submitted and graded... So far I've received full credit for all requirements.
... but you have quit the actual nicotine, right?

Yep... No cigarettes, dip, patches, or gum. I've been on Chantix and it's amazing!! Tomorrow will be 30 days tobacco free. [thumbsup]
