only this time it might work, I'm pretty sure it's in vietnamese. How can I know it's a scam when I cant' actually read it!

maybe it's a letter from an illegimate child you didn't know about.
Easy to pick out of a line up. A little red bearded Vietnamese girl wearing a kilt.
