They sure look the same. Cant find enough specs regarding constructino and features to compare. From what I can tell they seem identical.

Highly likely.

Ducati doesn't make any of it's own gear. Historically it's been Dianese that makes jackets pants etc. and a couple helmet makers have supplied the helmets for Ducati branding.

The Ducati Dark Rider is made by AGV which is why I suspect it might be the same
