Title: Crotch relief
Post by: BoDiddley on September 21, 2012, 01:36:13 PM
This might seem a bit of a project but  it "is" worth it.  My pants do not climb at all and they stay tight to my legs.  I happen to have all the stuff to do this myself but I am sure you can get a shoe repair to do it for you.  I think your pants need to be on the long side and I do not know yet what it will do with the placement of knee armor but if anything  it will help keep it in place.  I will post when I get my leathers finished.  All I know is my balls told me, "damn, i'm finally free".

PM if you need any tips or where to buy the supplies.

Note : Strap is on both sides of boot.

how does this go from a shoe/pant mod to someone asking about kui's balls?   [laugh]

ps that's a pretty crafty pants mod.

i made a similar one that attached my belt to my jacket's pant connector.  it keeps your jacket from riding up on your shoulders.

they dont, i wear them high n tight. For commuting i dont wear anything. but for track or riding, i always wear one. honestly, it helps to just let the cup take the pressure away from having your abs work all day. I have a cup with a CF band down the middle with molded plastic for everyting else. That one deforms the least and is the most comfortable. the other two plastic ones suck. i bought it just to get the underwear that it came with. the one on the left. well. its a thong cup. yea, you know where that third string goes. and no i do not wash it....ever. its steel and heavy as shit. but its great for breaking toes.

People wear chest protectors at teh track, i wear a cup.

Initally i wore it because i got a great deal on a Misano track suit. but it was too small on the groin , so i wore a cup to stretch it out and not have to castrate myself. Then i got used to it, and just wore it on my Teknic suit. now i just always wear it for everything but comutting.

I wear the middle one (carbon fiber lol) when I go mountain biking...
I will wear it one day when I go riding to see how it feels... If I like how it stays and feels I'll wear it all the time..

I'm impressed, I used to wear one in High School football but thought that would be the last and yours are a bit more high tech to say the least.  That makes so much sense I am going to try one.  I might be forever grateful to you for shedding a little light on my balls!  [laugh]

Hey I think you need to start a thread about cups and put it in the general so more will read it, generally speaking most  of us have a couple.   I bet the girls are laughing at all this, but then don't they kind of have the same problem only on a smaller basis.  Aren't you girls going to get in on this, please.

 *Continuing the thread jack*

Are those hard cups?   :D Hehe.  I wear the "soft" cups for martial arts. Never thought of wearing one for riding since I've never crashed or ridden on a track and have no idea which extra bits get damaged.

I think Kui wears them for comfort as much as protection.  I am soon to find out, waiting for delivery of my brand new nut cup made by Shock Doctor, the Flex Cup.  Kui in the know says it is the best one. [laugh]

Not a thread jack to me, it is all about the relief!

ever get kneed in teh nuts. you want teh steel cup for martial arts.

the carbon flex cup is also a good one for martial arts. the plastic ones well. they deform too much and are pretty much useless.

I think we are all getting a little TOO comfortable with each other...

Got my cup, gave it about three hundred miles and it is not for me.  It felt like a new set of armor but not worth the hassle trading one crunch for a different one.   The mod to my pants keeps me comfortable.  Protection yes but...........

as an alternative to the bolt on buckle, there are many versions of these:
