I'll go even more old school: Vanilla with chocolate sauce. Still my favorite, bar none.
The odd one I do like is a scoop of Rainbow Sherbert and a scoop of Peanut Butter & Chocolate, at Baskin Robbins. I can't explain it, it's just goooooood! Trust me, try it sometime.

It makes about as much sense as riding a MC in this climate. At least your ice cream doesn't melt and drip into your lap here.
But here in the summer it can get up to 65 and the Huskies and I just start burning up then. The best relief during those heat waves
is to hop on the Desmo B*tch and ride to Coldstone.
Cherry Garcia is the best
Close second is a good old Blue Bell Vanilla
Rocky Road. (Cherry Garcia a distant 2nd)

Maybe not. Maybe that is why the Muslims hate us. [cheeky]
I used to be a fan of Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby. Haven't had it in a long time.
Rocky Road is tough to beat.
Used to have a mom & pop shop a couple block away, so I could justify a couple trips a week with the exercise I was getting by walking down there, and I was stimulating the local ecconomy by supporting a local shop.
All we need is ice cream & beer.

in the freezer at the moment: Dreyer's Loaded Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and Private Selection Double Vanilla.
One of the things I love about ice cream is that I can love more than one.
Today cherry garcia and tomorrow I can slum it and have soft serve at my local tasty freeze.
Does that make me an ice cream slut?

Yes, but there are many worse things than being an ice cream slut.

Next time you're in there, ask to see the ingredients list on the bags of mix...no, it's not real ice cream. That'll stop ya from going in there! ;:|

Exactly. Ice cream should never be so soft unless it's already melted. I've not gone to Coldstone since I found out all the plasticizers and cellulose they put in there. They put polysorbate 80, which is also called Tween. I use Tween all over the place in my research. It keeps my proteins happy. Still, it's weird that they use Tween, and I also use it in a chemistry lab. So unnatural! pu::
Of course, many ice creams you buy from the store have lots of weird ingredients. It's best to make your own, I guess. http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Ice-Cream

Believe it or not, I can legally use Reverend. I did the online ordainment last summer when my buddy was having trouble finding someone to perform his wedding ceremony.
Funnier yet, North Dakota recognizes my status. ;:|
Steven Colbert's "Americone dream" is delicious. So is Willie Nelsons "Peach Cobbler"
My wife started a new job 2 weeks ago at the Dreyer's Ice Cream manufacturing plant. She's on a Haagen Daas line. Employee ordering day is 5/19. I cant wait.
Vermonty Python is my favorite B&J flavor. But they're made by the competition, Unilever.
