Sykes on pole
Checa#2
Laverty #3
Melandri rounds out the front row
Biaggi on the third row... ;D
Could be an exciting finale as both Sykes and Melandri have a mathematical chance
Just Melandri doesn't bin it again and makes a race of it. Wouldn't hurt my feelings is Sykes makes it a dust up too! [thumbsup] But in the end I'd be happy if the Roman Emperor pulls it off. Not many racers in WSBK I don't like.

Anyone but Max. ;D
Fresh bread and a slow morning - watching Race 1 in half an hour [coffee]
Then working out and visiting my dad before Race 2.
Taking a walk in the park, going for a ride and enjoying an espresso in the evening.

THAT'S a Sunday!
Max wins it in a squeaker. [thumbsup]

Lots of crashes in race 1.

They did do the interviews, you just didn't stay tuned. ;)
When WSBK pays the coin NASCAR does, then you'll get the coverage you want. (Never gonna happen in the states ;))
What a finish! [clap] [clap]
I was hoping Sykes would win it, but Biaggi did a great job doing what he had to.
What a thriller down to the last positions! Good season gentlemen, would have like to seen the upset, but congrats max.
This should have been Melandri's all the way for the last half of the season, next year he's going to be on fire [evil]
Great races, great season. Looking forward to next year already
As we all are. [thumbsup] Phillip Island February 24th! [popcorn] [bacon] [beer]
Here's to hoping that one of the good things of the merger are the live streaming on the web [beer]
He lost by half a point! Doesn't get closer than that. If Monza would have been a full race...
I finally got to watch the races last night....WOW...just wow...nailbiter for sure!
I really and truly feel in a way that Sykes got somewhat robbed, as it would have been a truly crowning moment for the Kwaker and all the work they put in to make that bike work right stand atop the podium as champion...bittersweet I'm sure it is...
I just hope that Lascorz fundraiser auction for Sykes helmet brings in a pretty penny!
I really hope Kawi keeps their bike competitive in the next few years. Without knowing how the 1199 will do next year, I would not want to see the Ape and Beemer constantly fighting for the top spot.

they haven't made a peep about going back to GP and that WSBK team is (was) the GP team.. i think they intend to keep it that way.
That is excellent news! Why waste time in MotoGP when you have a winning formula in WSBK? Something Ducati should have considered.

at the time when Ducati made that decision, they pretty much owned WSBK to the point it was sometimes jokingly called the Ducati Cup...

that was actually several years earlier.
and when they did leave, they didn't really leave. they let althea pay for some stuff but the engineers went over there. bayliss salary++ went to valentino, but the internal wsbk team mostly just had different shirts on.
