Title: It's probably not going to rain. I can ride today. What's 50% chance mean REALLY?

To me, 50% chance of rain means either it'll rain or it won't.  Isn't that how it is everyday?  I think it's fine.  It's fine, right?   Yeah, I'm always riding when it's 50%...

What I wouldn't give for only 50% chance of rain. I'm gonna get wet today and tomorrow.  The joys of living in Vic-bloody-toria. At least I'll get to see how the new tyres go in the wet.

Looks like a wet day in Sydney today too. Just for a change.

50/50, its a fighting chance. [laugh]
In Melbourne the only way to judge the weather is to look out the window. Weather recently went from 15°C to 29°C to 12°C in 48 hours.
Bring on El Nino!

In your part of Vic it rains nine months of the year and the water drips from the leaves the other three. ;D

It's a ploy we use here to avoid litigation from disgruntled, wet motorcycle riders.
I have today off so I'm venturing out, it won't rain cos I tend to be lucky there.   [thumbsup]

Didn't get wet at all riding into Melb yesterday.  Dry all the way back as far as Halls Gap today (blue sky and sunshine at Ararat  :o) but cold and very wet for the last 90kms  :'(

Well at least I got to see how my new Contis perform in the wet.  [Dolph]
