she needs some good natural light before she is willing to flash everything....and, as DP said, the tan will show up better without the shadows/flash.

Pictures don't do that tank justice.  There is a depth to the paint that...well...I don't know how to describe.

Must be a good feeling to have the work of your hands circulating out there and appreciated by the customer.
There's something special about a freshly painted tank before it even goes on a bike.

at this point, the bike is stored for the winter. but, i will get to some more pictures next spring (hopefully with some additional blingy changes to the bike as well...)
