I know very few of you live within travelling distance of me, but I have found myself in charge of organizing this:

http://www.theheroscrossroads.com/home/2012_cross_county_tour_fundraiser (http://www.theheroscrossroads.com/home/2012_cross_county_tour_fundraiser)
If you can participate, even by proxy we would love to meet you.
The way it worked out, I have found myself as the VP of the board of directors of The Hero's Crossroads. What we are is a non-profit providing free, confidential education to sevice members, family of service members, and the general public on the facts surrounding PTSD, treatment options (which we do not provide), and coping mechanisms.
We educate, facilitate, and support... we don't treat. There are professionals for that. I'm just a guy who feels strongly about the issue.
If you would like to support from afar, the linky to donations is http://www.theheroscrossroads.com/donations (http://www.theheroscrossroads.com/donations) (thanks for the reminder DP!) [thumbsup]
Can we just donate?
I didn't see any means on the link you posted.

Fixed it!
Nope
Maybe now?
I don't know why I am tech-challenged today...
And if anyone is interested about the actual program, we are hosting the educational portion on the web this month. 10 Nov 2012 at 1300 AZ time, http://www.anymeeting.com/WebConference/default.aspx?ip_ek=heroscrossroads1 (http://www.anymeeting.com/WebConference/default.aspx?ip_ek=heroscrossroads1)
AZ time will be the same as Mountain time after this weekend.
It works...and I'm in.
I wish it could be more.

Thanks! Every little bit helps. At this point we are all volunteer and the world is our office, so all goes directly to support this program.
