Heh, yeah long overdue, this is what I thought about OCC like 3 years ago:

Well written article.
I don't think there was ever a shark to jump 'cause it sucked from the get go.

I used to watch it but all the yelling and shouting... I just want to see the bikes.

If I wanted to see a bunch of people screaming, I'd turn off my TV and pay attention to the 4 females in my house.

Personally I love this show as I do all moto build shows. 10 yrs
and 233 episodes. That means half of the booger eaters here were 10-12 yrs old when the show started  :-*

Love the headline....

I liked the show for the first couple of years, then interest waned rapidly. Too much (fake) drama, not enough making stuff.

the only sad thing IMHO about it all, is that PJD started to do some really interesting and unique things in terms of these kinds of bikes which was a nice media outlet to showcase some of them...it wasn't just the formulaic stuff that OCC would duplicate with a different theme....

I loved this show for the first 2 - 3 years, but the more popular it got the more it shifted from "hey, let's do something actually original and interesting that shows off our skill" to "hey, just how shiny can we make this turd? Quick, bolt on more bling!"
