Title: A very cool gift
Post by: Charlief on December 26, 2012, 01:21:00 PM
My friend Alison works for a company called Wee Forest Folk. They make these little ceramic mice and paint them in great detail. Some of the pieces sell for hundreds of dollars. Limited editions sell for thousands!

She made me most awesome little replica of me on my bike. The detail is amazing. Right down to the colors on my track gloves. She even got the Vanson shoulder patches. I took a few pics.

She even made the double headlights, painted my lid, the stripes, and triples just like my bike. I know it took a lot of time and talent.  I'm Blown away by thought behind the gift.

I generally don't care much for knicknacks, but that is super cool!

It's also a very thoughtful thing for your friend to do.
