This is one of those times when lack of familiarity/experience can be an advantage. ;)
"Marquez seemed to love the COTA track and could not keep himself from grinning. Pedrosa didn't seem to care for the blind corners and said it was designed more for F1 than MotoGP."
Dang, Marquez is killing it so far! [thumbsup]
Meanwhile, Stoner, who wasn't even at the test, commented that the grip sucked and Marquez was riding like a wanker.
Lap times will be interesting. F1 had a best qualifying lap of 1:34, and best race lap of 1:40. The Ferrari Challenge and Porsche GT3 cars were doing best laps of about 2:14 the same weekend. At the time I figured GP should be able to get in the low 2:00 range.

It's also amusing to read the reports that Lorenzo intends to hit up SXSW tonight.

Free KS.
Oh...woe is Kevin.
I would think it would be easy to resolve the whole thing by just issuing a restraining order while the case is pending between KS and COTA....after the case is done, it is a whole different matter for people to whine and moan about....

Most 8th graders show more maturity than these players.
Sadly, on the surface of things, it doesn't look like KS has much legal ground to stand on. According to the articles his relationship was more with Hellmund and not so much the other two COTA principles. They are likely saying that whatever settlement was reached with Hellmund also included anything with Kevin. If Schwantz didn't have the full backing of COTA then how can he negotiate in good legal faith with with DORNA? That apparently is what DORNA is also saying. I hope there's more to this than what's being disclosed and that he has a truly legitimate claim.
he probably doesn't. otherwise this would have gone differently.
KS should have flipped them the bird and called their bluff, 'cause any 6th grader would know that he wasn't the only "uninvited" guest there during the tests.

Maybe not but I doubt the other uninvited are suing COTA. Whatever the merits of the case are in this instance, if someone were suing me I'd have them off my property in a heartbeat
