Hello everyone, Darwin here. I've been lurking these forums for a long time and decided it was time to introduce myself. I'm based out of Chicago, IL and I picked up a 2011 Monster 696 as a first bike just about 2.5 years ago. I've heard it all about using "new" and "first" and especially "Ducati" in the same sentence. I've had my ups and downs on the bike, and regret absolutely nothing. It's exactly the machine I wanted and it's been a fantastic experience so far. I just wish I had more of a riding season here.
