Hi fellow monster keepers,
I'm from Melbourne Australia, got my 1100s new in '09. It has done some track days at Phillip Island and a few trips up the east coast of Australia.
I'm mainly here for tech know how, I'm fairly confident with a spanner and have already changed belts, put in a new clutch plate pack and stainless springs, and basic maintenance (oil, filters, chain and plugs) I'm about to change over the front disks due to under sizing and looking a bit tired from track days.
My monster has been massaged in the pony department with racing cams, ecu, filter and termi noise tubes. Various extra carbon trinkets, levers and carry bags for the long hauls.
I've been riding motos since a child so that's now over 30 years (im 40yo this year), this is seriously the best bike I have ridden in all my time on 2 wheels, I love it [Dolph]
