Shark S700:
Off the bat it is noticeably lighter and less bulky than my HJC FS15. The drop down inner sun visor is a bit gimmicky but im sure it will come in handy.
Wind noise is very low but at the cost of ventilation. Good thing I opted for white. Crash test rated 4 out of 5.
I'd say for $200 this is a bangin helmet for the price.
Sizing is small. I normally wear a large and while this is a large it is quite snug. But not uncomfortable.
Downside:
None
Taichi gloves:
Go one size up. These are made for small hands! Good construction. I would give it an 8.5 as compared to my A stars. Dual closures. One wrist, one forearm.
Gauntlet fits perfectly over a race jacket sleeve.
Well armored with protection on the knuckles, fingers and base of the palm. Plastic parts are cool angular shaped CF.
Highly perfd, these gloves breathe well.
Downside:
Not great for street use. Reaching for a signal toggle or horn is a bit of a struggle.
