Uhh... product liability issues? Seems like a good way to lose some fingers.

Only place I've seem them in person has been lowered 'busas and similar - along with spike bar ends and fairing to windscreen bolts.

Solves the question as to how many fingers to use on clutch and brake. The first time you use less, the extras get dispatched of.
