Title: New EVO 1100 in San Francisco
Post by: sf_ME on July 28, 2013, 06:29:40 PM
After selling my beloved 2012 Multistrada in March, I'm back in the Ducati family ;)

I owned a 2000 750 Monster dark in '03. Wish I never sold it. This new EVO is like a  resurrected but vastly improved version. I christened it last week with a ride down to Laguna Seca for the MotoGP races (PCH the whole way of course!). Early days yet, but it's proving a sublime ride.

Props to Mark at Munroe Motors...best sales guy ever (seriously, a great guy to deal with)

oh, and as per the introductions instructions thread...I've been riding about 16 years. Started with a then new '97 Suzuki Bandit, upgraded to 2002 Honda VFR 800 (great for touring but a little heavy for the twisties). Bought the 2000 Monster 750 as a second bike for fun city riding, sold both around 2009, and bought the Multistrada in '11.

Cheers,
Michael

Welcome back! Nice looking ride.  ;) No wheelies in town, now... [leo]
