Title: Dainese Frazer Jacket
Post by: skurvy on August 12, 2013, 10:14:40 AM
So after 7 years I decided to invest in a new jacket. I just got a Dainese Frazer jacket and I'm really impressed with it. Haven't really seen any online reviews for it so I thought I'd just note a few things. This jacket does not have any type of removable liner and in contrast to what the product video states @ 0:46 seconds, for the US version, the elbow pads are not removable.

I just find it's easier to clean the jacket if you can remove the armor and flip it inside out. I commute and wear gear everyday, this jacket has good ventilation as long as you're moving. Yes I wear jackets in 90 degree+ temps, humidity and all.

I'm wondering what you guys can recommend for fixing my old jacket. It's a Ducati Eagle '65 jacket and a hole has worn through the sleeve. The jacket served it's purpose and the leather has just started to deteriorate, wondering if I can save it at all.

Anyway, back to the Frazer. This jacket rocks, the cut is a little slimmer than what I'm used to but wearing gear that fits properly makes all the difference in the ride.
